When the redeye removal tool doesn't quite cut it, channel mixing might just solve your problem. In fact, if you really want to clear away that irritating red in the most professional way, this is the way to go, as you will have full control over the amount and size of the adjustment. Not automatic, but you'll get great mojo from it!
