About this tutorial:

Now playing: Photoshop for video: Creating a transparent logo

Create a video watermark, channel bug or station id or whatever else you like to call it. It's the classy version of those nasty looking logos that normally clutter up the corners of your tv viewing. By making them transparent and glassy, they are still clear and visible but don't detract from the viewing experience.

Use Layer fill opacity settings combined with some neat layer styling and you will be making logos like a pro in no time.
